Baby Corn Masala

Ingredients
200 gr. baby corn,

dry coconut,
2tbl spoon ginger-garlic-chilly paste
2 finely chopped onions
tomato puree 1 cup
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Little fresh cream
1 tbl spoon garam masala
2 tbl spoon red chilly powder
1 tbl spoon cumin seeds, turmeric power, asafoetida,
3 tbl spoon oil
salt to taste

Method
Cut baby corns in small round pieces and cook it in pressure cooker/Microwave.

Heat the pan and put oil/ghee to it, add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, asafoetida powder.
Add ginger-chilly-garlic paste & onion paste or chopped onions, cook for 2 mins
Add 1 cup tomato puree. Cook for 5 mins.
Add coriander powder, coconut milk/paste & cream and stir well.
Add garam masala powder (powdered cinnamon, clove & cardamom) and red chilly powder
Add water if needed for consistency, Add cooked baby corns and salt to taste.
Serve hot.
